I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Lee Sapp Ford. Enjoy their friendly, honest atmosphere and approach to business. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Lee Sapp Ford and with each one I've felt I received the most sincere customer service available. I recently however, had a customer service experience that is beyond words.

I recently bought a new Ford F150 from Lee Sapp Ford and I am extremely happy with my customer service. I purchased the truck from Dave and I worked with Gary on my trade in. I had great customer service. Dave went out of his way to get me the truck that I needed to pull my camper. Dave was even willing to look out to other dealers to get the right truck. In the end I went with a truck off the lot with excellent rebates. I purchased a van from a different dealership that is larger. The customer service I received at that dealership compared to Lee Sapp is not even comparable. Lee Sapp wins hands down. I had some extras put on my truck and I had great communication with the dealership. Even when my sales person was out of town I had the owner Lee calling to make sure I was being taken car of. Prior to going to Lee Sapp I was wondering what kind of deal I could get buying from a smaller dealership compared to one of the monster lots. But I was very impressed with Dave and how he sought out rebates to get me the best possible deal. I am confident that I would not have received a better price any where else.

When I purchased my F150, there was only 1 key that I was given (apparently the prior owner didn't turn in the spare or lost it). A week ago, I happened to make the mistake of letting my battery die and have developed this nasty habit of leaving my key in the vehicle since I have keyless entry...I called Lee and asked if based on my VIN number, I could have a spare key made, then proceeded to explain why I needed it (dead battery, only 1 key which was stuck in the locked vehicle). To my surprise, when I got home that day, my truck battery had been charged up, and I had a couple spare keys now available for use! What phenomenal customer service!

Thanks to Lee and your hard working and friendly staff! I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business if you have not done so already!

Lee Sapp Ford has been serving our family faithfully for over twenty years and we have yet to have a bad experience! Our most recent experience was especially quick and efficient! Horrible service. I made an appointment a week in advance for brakes and new tires. I took my car to them the night before my appointment. I never heard from them saying they got my car. I called two days after my appointment to check on the progress of my car, and they said they hadn't gotten to it yet because they didn't know whose it was. I called the next day to check. They told me that I didn't need new tires, which was not true because one of my tires had a hand sized hole in it. They also told me it would cost anywhere from $100 to $1,000 to fix my brakes. One week after I had dropped it off, I again had to call to see how it was coming along. They told my my car would be ready at 5 pm that day. Due to my work schedule I wasn't able to pick it up. So, they told me I could come get the next morning as early as 7:00am. I went to the dealership the next morning at 9:00am to get my car, and they said it wasn't done because the tires came in late. They didn't have the courtesy to call me the night before to tell me it wouldn't be ready. After being dragged through the mud for a week with very little communication on their part, they said they couldn't do an invoice because they didn't have my name or a phone number, yet I saw my phone number scribbled on a random sheet of paper on his desk and my full name written on my keys. They had also told me the night before that it would be $310 for everything, but when I picked it up the next morning he said my total was $340. I haven't a clue how the cost went up $30 overnight. After some heated negotiations, he did however discount my total for the poor customer service. All in all, I made an appointment for tires and brakes, and got dragged along for a week with no communication on their part. I am incredibly dissatisfied with their service, and will not be returning. I would much rather pay for an honest local mechanic to fix my car.
